A cuvée crafted in collaboration with Celler Frisach, blending 85% Parellada and 15% Carignan from organically farmed vines planted on silty soils with limestone stones for Parellada, and ferruginous red clay for Carignan. The parcels lie in the village of Cobrera d'Ebre in Spain's Terra Alta appellation. Hand-harvested, direct press for both varieties, with nine months of aging in tanks. Bottled at Celler Frisach without fining, filtration, or added sulfur.
