Insert Coing - 2021 - Vincent Marie
No Control
Insert Coing, a play on word for the addition of fruit macerated in alcohol (coing is the french word for quince), but also a nod to the "insert coin" of the 80s and 90s, found on gaming machines! Attention limited production for this revival that's so good for our palate and that evokes our fondest memories!

An eau-de-vie or grape spirit resulting from the distillation of the Gamay marcs from the 2021 vintage of No Control estate. Vincent macerates quinces from the organic quince trees planted on the estate in 2014 for 6 months. Bottled by Vincent at No Control in Auvergne.
