An eau de vie or grape spirit resulting from the distillation of Non Control's ciders, so in a way it's a bit like Vincent's Calvados, but he doesn't age it in barrels, so the result is a transparent alcohol. Gradually reduced to 40°, bottled without filtration or any additives.
