Ô Marc Breton - Chris Laurent et Fanny Caignard
Pinot Bar
A round, indulgent white eau-de-vie with notes of nuts and a subtle pastry touch—an outstanding success. Gamay brings a vinous character, while Chenin adds an almond nuance. Balanced, controlled power in the glass, with a long aromatic finish. Enjoy neat or in cocktails. 70 cl bottle.

Ô Marc Beton is a marc eau-de-vie distilled from the 2023 Chenin and Gamay pomace of Domaine Pinot Bar, based in Languidic, Brittany. The grapes are certified organic. The pomace continues fermenting in vats before being distilled by the Distillerie du Golfe in a direct-flame copper still. The heads and tails are discarded, keeping only the finest heart of the distillation. Pure water is gradually added to lower the alcohol content. Bottled by the Distillerie du Golfe in October 2024, only 250 bottles produced.
