The Lambics of the Cantillon Brewery are called « young » after one year of aging and reach their full maturity after three years. The young beers contain the natural sugars necessary for the secondary fermentation in the bottle. The three years old beers bring their bouquet and their finesse.
Piacere means Pleasure in Italian—a perfect name for this cuvée, capturing both the joy of sharing and the pure sensory delight it offers. A spontaneously fermented beer, made in collaboration with the legendary Fuori Mondo estate in Tuscany, Italy. A blend of two-year-old lambics with Ciliegiolo pomace from the estate, a typically Tuscan grape, quite similar to Sangiovese.
