100% Pinot Noir from vines planted in 2013. The grapes are purchased from the Cassin Family Vineyards, in the Yamhill-Carlton appellation, which is currently converting its full six hectares to organic farming. The grapes were harvested by hand on the 12th of October 2018 by the Division Wine team, and yields were tightly controlled. Vinification includes maceration of whole grape bunches, daily pumping over, and zero additives. Matured for 10 months in 228-litre French oak barrels that have seen two wines. No fining, no filtering, and no added sulphur!
