A nose of red berries with a touch of pepper—this is a very pretty Pinot, highly drinkable, perfect from apéritif to the end of the meal, with its supple texture and melted tannins.
This Pinot Noir comes from famed vineyards in Santa Barbara County: Bien Nacido, Solomon Hills, Sierra Madre Vineyards and Los Alamos Vineyard. Sustainable farming, five picks with a combination of whole cluster and whole berry fermentation, native fermentation and aged in neutral oak for 8 months. Unfiltered, unfined, with the only addition being a touch of SO2.
