100% Mourvèdre, from 15-year-old vines farmed organically and planted at an altitude of 610 metres on volcanic soil, in the Sierra Foothills appellation in County Amador. Vinification: whole bunch maceration, maturation in demi-muids and smaller barrels that have seen several wines. Unfiltered and unfined, with just a microdose of sulphur at bottling.
