Deep red purple in colour, redolent of ripe fruit, and with beautiful complexity on the palate: this juice is rich, structured, silky, and intense. Indeed, maturation for the Barthélemy cuvée is pushed to another level, and the result merits greater attention and patience.

Born of a parcel named “les Rocs”, co-planted with 85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, farmed biodynamivally and harvested by hand. Following an often-long vinification without any additives, the wine is matured in traditional oak barrels that have seen several wines, for 24 months during which any interventions are made in accordance with to the lunar calendar, and without any added sulphur. It is then bottled without filtration, and without addition of sulfur.
