50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Franc, from 35-year-old vines on average, conducted following biodynamics principles, integrating principles of agroforestry and permaculture. The vines are planted in Puisseguin, on a 1.30 ha parcel bordered by an alley of umbrella pines, on clay-loam soils with a limestone base. Manual harvest, total destemming, fermentation in tanks without pushing the extraction, aging for 18 months in barrels of several wines, without any oenological additives. Bottled without fining or filtration, zero sulfites added.
