A natural Malbec sparkling wine, what a great idea! With notes of wild strawberry, redcurrant and blood orange. Fresh on the palate, with fine, light bubbles and invigorating acidity, this juice is off the beaten track, making our senses dance for (almost!) euphoric tastings!
A blended cuvée of 95% Malbec and 5% Sauvignon, a sparkling wine made from organic vines planted on clay-limestone soils in the Entre-deux-Mers area. The grapes are harvested by hand at Domaine Chaigne et Fils in Saint-Laurent-du-Bois. Natural vinification at the Darwin winery in central Bordeaux: pressing, start of fermentation in vats, bottling with residual sugars to create effervescence in the bottle. Unfined and unfiltered, with sulfites only used sparingly.
