Blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon from 30-year-old vines in conversion to organic and biodynamic farming, planted in the Moulis appellation on Pyrenean gravel soils, which are quartz and small white pebbles. Manual harvesting, natural vinification without inputs, in concrete vats. 18 months of aging in barrels, without new oak. Neither fined, nor filtered, just a micro-dose of sulphur.
