Natural vinification with direct pressing for this vintage, short ageing in vats on lees until February 2024. Bottled at the estate without fining, filtration or addition of sulfites. Osamu Uchida
Osamu Uchida, born of the 1977 vintage, grew up in Hiroshima but was educated in French culture from a very young age – his parents were wine merchants! He was barely in his twenties when he decided to head off to the land of Molière to immerse himself in French language… and wine! By the end of his first stay, it was the welcome he’d received from the many vignerons he visited that convinced...
