Blend of Merlot with a bit of Malbec, grown organically and biodynamically, certified by Ecocert and Demeter. It involves purchasing grapes from Bruno Durand, who cultivates his vines in Saint Seurin de Cursac, on clay-limestone soils. Manual harvest and natural vinification. Short maceration, 6 months of aging in stainless steel vats, this is a claret!!! Bottled without fining, filtration or added sulphites.
