A blended cuvée of : 65% Merlot, 20% Tannat, 8% Cabernet Franc and 7% Semillon, from organically grown vines cultivated on two different terroirs: in the Entre-Deux-Mers by Clos de la Molénie, but also and above all in Madiran by Domaine Pichard. Harvesting was done by hand, followed by a natural vinification at Darwin's urban winery, Bordeaux's alternative venue. Gentle maceration, pressing, 8 months of aging, 80% in stainless steel vats and 20% in 400-liter barrels. Not fined or filtered, micro-dose of sulfur.
